I thought I would throw this out there. I need the practice before the National Canadian Munchkin Tourney that is held at Fan Expo at the end of August, 3rd place last year was just not good enough. And if you don't know what Munchkin is, let me lure you in...I mean, introduce you to the wonders that is Munchkin! I'm leaving time and place open because I honestly need suggestions. I've played at Dueling Grounds before, which is a nice central place.

DG can sometimes get a bit loud, but so can Munchkin games. I really recommend this for anyone a) new to themed card games (fantasy-like D&D theme) or b) looking for light-hearted fun. Elisa has a good grasp of the rules, I'm sure she could teach anyone how to play. I really wish I could actually host, but my schedule is way, way too busy right now.

You may get better responses for this Elisa if you pick a date and place that is convenient for you to run it. Then myself or one of the other Organizers can set this up on the calendar for you. I know members are constantly checking the calendar for games to join and just need to know what day and time those games will run.

I understand, but being a single mom my time to myself is rather precious, and I'd like to know if I have interest before trying to plan something.

Depending on the date, I might be interested in this. I bought Munchkin on Raven's recommendation but haven't had a chance to play it or even read the rules yet.
