A trusted clan leader is responsible for kinstrife.  A demon in dragon shape threatens the clan and is banished.  What supernatural enemies are gathering to confront the clan?

Our band of heroes:

Peck: a starvelling trickster

Handor: prominent thane, singled out by his comet-marked birth, and the 4 heads he took

Annyr: a cunning thane and fast speaker

Chroniker: born to another clan but fighting with the clan for gold

Heroic thanes took on the demon.

But the omens are still bad and strange shadows gather over the stead.  There are strange lingering winter frosts and the Kinslayers lurk in the wilderness.
