With Meetup.com we have a choice to either turn off all e-mail reminders for everyone for a particular event, or leave them on for everyone. For TAG events we know that hosts and organizers value the reminders. However, we also hear there is too much e-mail. If we turned the e-mail off for a non-TAG event, you would get one notice that it is happening, but no reminders, even if you have RSVP'd yes. |
